To initiate a return, email elitepetshop@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 working days via your original payment method. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
