To be eligible for a return: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required. Non-returnable (unless faulty): opened pet food or treats; grooming tools or clippers once used; beds, toys, or accessories showing wear or use. To initiate a return, email elitepetshop@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 working days via your original payment method. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items If an item is faulty or damaged, contact elitepetshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and order details. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
