              Welcome to Elite Pet Shop (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.elitepetshop.co.uk (“Website”) and any purchases made through it. By using our Website, you agree to these Terms.

              1. General Information Elite Pet Shop is a UK-based online retailer providing pet supplies, accessories, and related products. By purchasing from our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the Website.

              2. Products and Availability Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, design, or packaging may occur. All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative or full refund. Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

              3. Ordering and Payment You will receive an acknowledgment email after placing an order. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation email. We accept all major debit/credit cards and secure payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, or for other reasonable reasons.

              4. Shipping and Delivery We dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving cleared payment (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery times vary by location and courier. Tracking information is provided where applicable. We are not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, redelivery fees may apply.

              5. Returns and Refunds – 30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required. Non-returnable (unless faulty): opened pet food or treats; grooming tools or clippers once used; beds, toys, or accessories showing wear or use. To initiate a return, email elitepetshop@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 working days via your original payment method. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

              6. Faulty or Damaged Items If an item is faulty or damaged, contact elitepetshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and order details. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

              7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Website or products. Our total liability will not exceed the total price paid for the product concerned.
